Data requests
Access, export and deletion. We reply within 7 days.
If you are a merchant
- You can view, export and delete your data inside each app.
- For a copy or deletion of your account data, email support@lab-89.com with the subject Data request and your store URL.
- When you uninstall an app, Shopify sends us a deletion request 48 hours later and we delete all of that store’s data.
If you are a customer of a store
- Contact the store first. They control your data and can ask Shopify to send us an access or deletion request, which we act on.
- You can also email us directly at support@lab-89.com. We will confirm the store and work with them to complete your request.
What we need
Your store URL (merchants) or the store name and order number (customers), and what you are asking for: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the account.
