We sell first. Then we build.

Lab89 is a small studio in Malaysia. We run our own brands and manage Shopify and Amazon stores for clients, and that is where every app starts: with something we needed and couldn’t find done well.

We’ve been the merchant on the other side of the install button. We know what a week of setup costs, what a confusing dashboard costs, and what it feels like when the app that was supposed to help decides things for you. So our rule is simple: if we wouldn’t run it on our own store, we don’t ship it.

Each app does one job. It’s tested on live stores before it’s listed. It sends your data to the tools you already use. And when you need help, a person replies within 24 hours, every day of the week.
